We're proud to offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders as well as paid priority and express delivery options.

Processing Time:

We do our best to process & ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours.

Tracking your order:

All orders include tracking information that is normally sent via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped.

Customs & Duties:

*In most cases, packages shipped to US & Canada don't require any additional fees.

All shipping charges (or free shipping promos) listed do NOT include customs, duty, and taxes. We can't hold responsibility for that and the recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing, and other fee’s required to ship internationally.

Lost / Stolen package:

We are not responsible for orders once they have left our warehouse.

If there is a tracking #, then the order has been put on a skid and has left our building

If the order does not make it to its destination or is late, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier and filing a claim.

My order hasn't arrived:

If you haven't received your order within 35 business days, contact your local post office and send us a message.
