If you have a mistake with your order, you chose a different item or size, or you want to make any change to your order.
No worries, we would be happy to assist you in making any updates needed.


In order to do that, please contact us by clicking hereand a member of our Kewlioo care team will be happy to take care of it for you.


We do our best to process & ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. 


Note: In the event that the order has been processed and you input the incorrect address at checkout, unfortunately, we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing and, as such, will not be able to refund or replace the order.

If you chose the wrong item or size and the order has already been processed, please reach out to our agents right away, and we will do our best to help solve any issues.
