How can I track my order?Updated 2 years ago

After successfully placing your order with us, an order confirmation will be sent to your email and we'll keep updating you every step of the way until your package is delivered.

Within 24 -48 hours you'll receive another email for your shipping confirmation where you can easily track your order status.  

You can always track your order status in the link below by attaching the 'Order Number' we sent to your email after completing the purchase, you can also use your 'Tracking Number' anytime to check your order status: click here

APPENDICES

  • You can always track your order by clicking 'Track Your Order' found at the bottom part of our home page. You will be asked to enter your 'Order Number' and 'Email' and once the tracking number is available, you will be directed to the tracking link for updates.
  • In some cases when you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages on the same day, as they may be shipped from different warehouses. In that case, we will send you individual dispatch emails with their unique tracking numbers.
  • In the event that you are not around during delivery, your order may be left with a family member, a neighbor, or in a safe place.
