What should I do if the product I ordered does not fit me (too big/small)?Updated 2 years ago

Don't worry we will give you a solution right away.

First, you can always return the item to us, and we can process a full refund on your order. 


However, since we want to add more value to your shopping experience and in order to avoid an unnecessary hassle from your side,
To speed up the process, if the product you ordered doesn't fit well, we can offer the correct size for 50% off, and you keep the one you got. This way, you won't need to bother with shipping back and waiting for the exchange process. 

In some cases, we offer 30 days fit assurance.

This means that in order to avoid any unnecessary hassle on your side, you have the option to keep the product you received that doesn't fit you, and we will send you the same item with the correct size that will fit you better for FREE.

You will only need to pay $9.99 for shipping and handling, and again, you don't have to send anything back to us. You can keep it, and we will send you a new one.

If you prefer to ship it back anyway,  please contact us by clicking here so we can provide the correct warehouse address and you can ship it back for an exchange, In this case, all you pay is shipping, and once we receive it, we will process a full refund on the product to your account.
